Our program provides a 12-month personal development plan to help ladies who were formerly incarcerated and/or recovering from addiction. Our desire is to create an environment that challenges them to reach their fullest potential – emotionally, spiritually, physically, and financially.
We will help mature the restored individuals into successful, law-abiding citizens, committed to Christian faith, values and living. We will also facilitate the development of individual self-discipline, self-esteem and promote skills required for positive re-entry into the community.
Repairing the broken elements of life is the focus and first step in the transitional process. One must become free of past negative aspects that have resulted from prior life choices. This is achieved through the development of a true sense of communication, increased perception of self-worth, and true companionship with each other and everyone involved with our program.
The program is divided into “Phases”. During their stay, we will assess their specific individual needs and begin goal planning.
The ladies will be advancing their education through computer training, money management, budgeting, cooking, meal planning, daily devotionals and learning from the Word of God. They will also enjoy the opportunity to learn new healthy hobbies that include exercising, landscaping, gardening, and painting.
Our graduates are also strongly encouraged to continue to be an active part of our program that will include after care tasks and activities to remain successful.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
